The software that tracks every athlete's load, block after block

A strength block changes its percentage every week, on every lift, for every athlete in the group. A field test only means something compared to the last one. Feedback that doesn't arrive before the next session costs a week of load. The cause, every time: a number is only correct at the moment it's calculated, and a spreadsheet never updates itself. Ekklo keeps that mechanics readable (cycle after cycle, athlete by athlete) without changing the way you program.

What actually gets in the way

A four-week block, twelve athletes, and a percentage that changes every week

Week 2, four sets at 80% load. Week 3, three sets at 87%. Week 4, deload. Copied by hand for twelve athletes on a spreadsheet, the next block eats a whole evening, with the risk that one athlete stays on a percentage that no longer matches their current 1RM.

An athlete's feedback after a session arrives too late to matter

A squat that went up, but with a twinge in the knee. A load flagged as heavy that actually moved easily. That feedback shows up as a message the next day, if it shows up at all, after the next session is already written with the same load progression as if nothing had happened.

An athlete returns from a break, and the block restarts on a 1RM that no longer exists

Six weeks out with an injury, an off-season, a competition abroad: the athlete comes back, and the temptation is to restart the block where it stopped, on a percentage calculated before the gap. Without a sprint or a vertical jump retested on return, the load climbs back too fast on a body that can't carry it yet.

A deload week isn't the same session lighter

A real deload changes the exercises, not just the percentages: less axial load, more unilateral or tempo work. Without a library organized by intent, the default is to reuse the same movements at a lower weight, which isn't a deload, it's a mediocre session.

What Ekklo does about it

A block that recalculates percentages for the whole group

The program is built in blocks, with a load percentage per exercise and per week, applied athlete by athlete without starting over from a spreadsheet. Progress tracking comes back session by session, and the next block adjusts to what actually happened, not to what was planned. And if your group already exists in a spreadsheet, you don't retype it athlete by athlete to get started: export it, our team helps you import it, and the current block picks up with the right 1RMs, not from zero.

The athlete's feedback, before the next session gets written

A questionnaire goes out after every session and reports back difficulty, fatigue, a flagged pain, enough to adjust next week's load to what the body actually absorbed, not to what the block assumed by default.

A verified number on return, not a memory from before the break

A return-to-training assessment (sprint, vertical jump, reps at a given load) compares directly against the last test on file before the gap. The block restarts on that number, not on the percentage that held up three months earlier.

Exercises organized by intent, not just by muscle

The library is built for substituting a movement under constraint: the same movement pattern when the rack is taken, a unilateral variant when an athlete is coming back from a one-sided injury. Your own variations sit alongside the predefined ones, enough to build a real deload week in a few minutes, instead of defaulting back to last block's exercises.
